You Helped Him Not Go Hungry Tommy's story is one we have told before, but worth repeating. Tommy showed up at the St. Martin DePorres Community Center last year with no shoes and a belly that was hungry. St. Martin staff sprung to the rescue finding some shoes, a coat and a hot meal The next time Tommy showed up he was back with his little sister. There wasn't enough food at home and they were both looking for a meal Their story had a happy ending as St. Martin was able to feed them, but they also were able to get the family help with other agencles in Grant County St. Martins serves thousands of meals each year in Grant County. The need is great and through your help they are able to feed people as well as assist them to help them get back on their feet. It's not just a hand out but a hand up.
